- Seasonal Maintenance: One air conditioning service or one heating system service a year, included at no additional charge (when done during scheduled times).
- Discounts: On labor and materials.
- Priority Service: Less waiting around for you. Members are automatically moved ahead of non-members for repair services.
- Fewer Breakdowns: A clean system is a happy system. The #1 reason for equipment failure is lack of yearly maintenance, otherwise known as “dirt”.
- Lower Utilities: Lower electric, gas and/or oil bills when equipment is properly maintained.
- Labor Cost: Never pay an overtime charge. After-hour service will be billed at our normal rates.
- Guaranteed Service: All our maintenance agreement customers are guaranteed after- hour service.
